What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer, you’ll work on both developing and supporting cloud-based VoIP and web technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants exposure to multiple areas of engineering.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and improving cloud-based VoIP and web applications
• Building and integrating REST APIs
• Working with Node.js, databases, and front-end technologies
• Supporting and optimizing existing systems and infrastructure
• Assisting in DevOps, system maintenance, and technical troubleshooting
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective technical solutions
• Continuously learning new technologies and contributing ideas to improve products and processes

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

• Knowledge of:
  • Node.js
  • REST APIs
  • HTML/CSS
• Experience with at least one:
  • MySQL
  • DynamoDB
  • AWS RDS
• Basic AWS knowledge and cloud navigation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Bonus Skills (Highly Advantageous)

• SSL/TLS protocols
• FreeSwitch or Kamailio
• DevOps or system administration experience
• Networking and IT troubleshooting knowledge
