The compensation package includes a competitive basic salary plus commission, aligned with market rates.

 

Main Role and Responsibilities

SALES:

·         Face-to-face and hands-on selling to prospects

·         Previous PABX sales experience a plus

·         Schedule meetings

·         Deliver on-site product demonstrations

·         Preparing and sending proposals

·         Follow up and closing deals.

·         Populating Pipedrive CRM platform

·          

LEAD GENERATION:

·         Prospect internet research identification

·         Cold calling

 

Requirements

Academic and Certification

·         Ideally, a college graduate with a degree in computer-related subjects.

Work Experience and Skills

·         About 3 to 5 years of proven outbound sales experience and appointment setting within the Telecommunications arena

·         Experience with PABX or IPPBX Technologies as well as VoIP technologies

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Experience in the active use of a computer-based contact management system.

·         Excellent presentation, planning, and organization skills

·         Computer and Technology savvy and proficient with MS Office

·         Proficient in the use of technology and the ability to explain the Technology and Pricing Models successfully

 

Qualities and Behavioral Traits

·         Must be driven, motivated, innovative, and a strong team player.

·         Must be able to interact at all management levels.

·         Successfully handle any objections the client may have with the relevant support.

·         Professional, punctual, and courteous at all times when dealing with clients.

·         Maintain knowledge of the best practice activities and benchmark solutions as they pertain to the product portfolio.

·         Show consistent commitment to the business, both internally and externally.

·         Practice effective time management and problem-solving.

·         Effectively manage diary.

·         Pay attention to detail and ensure accountability.

·         Engage the relevant internal technical resources to provide clients with effective solutions.
