Main Role and Responsibilities:
Providing administrative and back-office support to Account Management and Customer Support Teams while learning to be a future Account Manager providing Customer Service through the following activities:
Qualifications
·
Ideally
college graduate with a degree in a computer-, engineering-, science- , accountancy or
management- related course.
·
About
1 to 2 years of proven customer support experience.
·
Fresh
graduates with a passion for customer success and technology are welcome.
·
Excellent
communication skills both verbal and written.
·
Experience
on active use of computer-based contact management or ticketing system.
·
Excellent
presentation, planning and organization skills
·
Computer
and Technology savvy and proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
·
Proficient
in the use of technology and ability to navigate ticketing systems,
knowledgebase articles, etc.
