Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore to provide fixed-line VoIP
service in Singapore.
Main Role
and Responsibilities
ü Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Philippines Time, Monday to Friday
ü Digital Marketing Strategy and
Execution
·
Develop
and execute digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, website
traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement.
·
Support
the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing
campaigns across multiple digital channels.
·
Collaborate
with management and sales teams to align marketing activities with business
objectives and revenue goals.
ü Content Creation and Management
·
Create
content for websites, blogs, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns,
social media, presentations, brochures, and sales materials.
·
Create
graphics, infographics, and short-form videos.
·
Manage
content calendars and publication schedules.
ü Social Media Management
·
Manage
LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
·
Plan,
schedule, publish, and monitor content.
·
Track
and report on performance metrics.
ü Website Management and Marketing
Automation
·
Manage
and maintain the company website.
·
Create,
update, and maintain landing pages, forms, and lead capture mechanisms.
·
Manage
marketing automation workflows and email campaigns.
·
Support
CRM administration and integrations.
ü Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
·
Perform
keyword research and competitor analysis.
·
Implement
SEO best practices across website content and landing pages.
·
Monitor
rankings, organic traffic, and search performance.
ü Analytics and Performance Reporting
·
Monitor
website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and related
tools.
·
Track
KPIs and provide regular reports.
·
Analyze
marketing data and recommend improvements.
ü Marketing Technology and Continuous
Improvement
·
Maintain
and optimize marketing technology platforms and tools.
·
Recommend
new technologies and marketing strategies.
Requirements
ü Academic and Certification
·
Degree
in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Multimedia Arts, or related
disciplines.
·
Digital
Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, or related certifications
are advantageous.
ü Work Experience and Skills
·
3
to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
·
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
·
Strong
content writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
·
Experience
with WordPress, Bricks Builder, or similar platforms.
·
Strong
knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
·
Proficiency
with Canva and video editing tools.
·
Experience
with email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
·
Understanding
of CRO, UX, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
·
Experience
in B2B technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or related industries is highly
advantageous.
